Float Factory offers a full manufacturer's warranty against defects and will replace / refund as necessary within 15 days of order receipt (see below regarding international orders.
Due to the expensive nature of international shipping, all international orders are final sales. If an international order experiences a manufacturing defect, customers must notify Float Factory within 15 days of order receipt. Float Factory will refund the order less the cost of international shipping.
Please note: Float Factory has no control over international duties and/or taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Defect Returns Process:
Please email [email protected] with your order number, the reason for your return, and postage tracking. In the event you’ve experienced a manufactured defect within 15 days of receipt, please send your order number and a photo of the defect.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of un-used and un-opened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns of opened and/or used items. Due to the heavy nature of Float Factory products, Float Factory does not provide return shipping labels nor cover return shipping costs. All Float Factory inflatable products undergo a 24-hour air test and 3rd party QC inspection prior to shipping to customers. If you believe your Float Factory inflatable product has a manufacturer defect, meaning your product was defective upon receipt and the first inflation, please fill out Float Factory’s manufacturer defect form HERE to request a replacement product.
Due to the inflatable nature of Float Factory’s products, manufacturer defect claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and cannot be made after the product has been used. Once submitted, Float Factory’s customer service team will contact you with any additional questions along with a resolution for your claim.
Do you send return labels?
Unfortunately no. Due to the large and heavy nature of Float Factory’s inflatables, we cannot provide pre-paid or return shipping labels. Customers are required to facilitate and cover any costs for return shipping.
What would disqualify my return?
All unused items in original and unopened packaging that are received within 30 days of receipt will be fully refunded, less the original cost of shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We, unfortunately, cannot accept returns for products that have been used and we have no way to ascertain how the float was damaged.
Floats with a documented manufacturing defect, reported within 15 days of receipt are eligible for replacement. If your product was used, we, unfortunately, cannot accept a return. For U.S. orders, if your claim for a replacement is approved, we charge a $10 processing fee for the replacement product.
Due to high shipping costs and unexpected duties and taxes charges, Float Factory is unable to send replacement products. Instead, Float Factory will offer you a full refund fewer duties, and taxes for a faulty product.
How long does it take returns to process?−
Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed once your order has be received and 3-7 business days for your credit card to be credited with your return purchase price. Please email mom@FloatFactory.co with the tracking number to notify us that your package has been returned.
