Can I change my shipping address?Updated 25 days ago
We understand mistakes happen. If your order has already shipped, Float Factory has no ability to update your shipping address.
Once your product ships, the carrier (i.e. Fedex or UPS) is responsible for the delivery of your order.
If you contact us within 15 min of placing your order, we will do our best to update your shipping address but given the fast-paced nature of our warehouse, we can't make any guarantees.
If your order has not shipped, contact us by emailing [email protected] or contact us via live chat and we will try our best to locate your package and update the shipping address.
