We accept returns of un-used and un-opened pool floats in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns of opened and/or used items.
Due to the heavy nature of our floats, we do not provide return shipping labels nor cover return shipping costs.
If you believe your Float Factory inflatable product has a manufacturer defect, meaning your product was defective upon receipt and the first inflation, please email [email protected] with a photo of the defect and your order number. We will process a replacement product.
Due to the inflatable nature of our floats, manufacturer defect claims must be made within 30 days of purchase and cannot be made after the product has been used.
